The Board of Directors of Zahrat Al Waha For Trading Company was held in Wednesday 26/02/2020 and Approve to distribute profits for the second half of year ended 31/12/2019 Value (11,250,000) SAR which represents ( 0.75 ) SAR for each share which equivalents 7.5% per the nominal value of the share, and recommend presenting to the general assembly for approval.
