Please note that shareholders registered on Tadawulaty services can start voting remotely starting from 1:00 AM on Saturday, 31-05-2025, corresponding to 04-12-1446 H, and will continue until 8:00 PM on the day of the meeting, Wednesday, 04-06-2025, corresponding to 08-12-1446 H.
