Zahrah Al-Waha Trading Company is pleased to notify the Company’s shareholders that they can vote remotely on the Extraordinary General Meeting Agenda items, which will be held at 6:30 PM on Sunday 21-05-2023, corresponding to 01-11-1444 H, remotely through contemporary technology, using Tadawulaty system.
Please note that shareholders registered on Tadawulaty services can start voting remotely starting from 1:00 AM on Wednesday 17-05-2023 corresponding to 27-10-1444 H and will continue until 7:00 PM on the day of the meeting Sunday, 21-05-2023 corresponding to 01-11-1444 H.
